Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by using our contact form.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email by using our contact form.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, please contact us for return authorization and address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


 


Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


 


Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


 


Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

**For all other sale channels:

Sellers on Amazon.com, ebay and other sales channels offer returns for items within 15-30 days of receipt of shipment. Three way buyer can get replacement.

1. Buyer use as per channel's generated a Return Merchandise Authorization number and return the product at buyer's expense.

2. Buyer can provide detail pictures with the issue or detail info for missing parts of the products and dispute department will send the new product or missing part to the buyer after investigation.

If investigation goes to buyer's favor, new product or missing part will be send to buyer. If investigation found no fault of seller, dispute department will provide full explanation of the order. Buyer to arrange & send the product back to seller's warehouse after receiving, if he he or she like to get a refund.

3. If no fault of seller, buyer wants to return the product, example " No longer needed", seller's original invoice shipping cost will be deducted from the cost of the product/products and rest of the money will be refunded to buyer. Keep in mind Buyer should return the item/items at buyer's expense to our warehouse location using amazon created return label. Without return of product to seller's warehouse no refund will be issued.If "item not as describe" buyer should confirm the claim by sending video and image that confirms the claim description clearly. Without conformation no refund will be allowed.

If "Item not received" Buyer should check local post office, as we track all item and keep local postal delivery conformation document and some cases images to confirm local delivery. Case by case basis we can disclose the document or images to buyer to conformation of delivery. 

Any claim will be thoroughly investigated by our warehouse quality team to eliminate false claim by buyer & VS.

Note: Seller not responsible for the local postal service delay due to COVID and lockdown. No refund will be allowed if live tracking found that product is at the country or the destination postal areas. RETURN POLICY

Authentic luxury & brand products are a vintage/pre-owned luxury resale boutique. Due to the pre-owned nature of the items, it is imperative that the buyer inspects the photos of the items and fully reads the item description and condition notes before purchase.

Returns due to buyer's remorse will not be accepted.

Refunds will only be given in the form of store credit for the purchase amount minus the costs of shipping and insurance for both trips (this includes items with free shipping).

your satisfaction. If you are not happy with the purchase, we will gladly provide a refund under the following conditions:

The email should include the below details:


Valid order number

Customer name (and/or the name the item was ordered under)

Image of the received product and actual invoice

Reason for returning the item

Below are the reasons for which returns would be entertained:


Received a product in damaged condition

Received a product which is different from the one you ordered example like size, color, design, or the product itself

If no fault of seller, buyer wants to return the product, example " No longer needed", seller's original invoice shipping cost will be deducted from the cost of the product/products and rest of the money will be refunded to buyer.  You are expected to raise return requests within 7 days of delivery of the product, post which return request will not be entertained.

 Upon approval of the return request, you will have to ship the product in proper packaging accompanied by an original receipt to an address provided by us.

 Return shipping is your responsibility, so we advise you ensure that your customer uses a service that has tracking capabilities for insurance reasons.

 We will process the refund within 7 days of receiving the product at our store.
